Same invite but different colours. I made a bright and girlie invitation with focus on the gorgeous photo of Maddison, looking like she is in deep thoughts...

A Hens and a Bucks....
The brief was to create two invitations for the couple, one very feminine and the other very masculine. I also had to ensure I was highlighting the couple's personal taste and preferences so that it would be easily recognisable by their friends: Jenny loves shoes, and Michael loves cigars. While the invitations were made to look significantly different, they still wanted a similar style. The gradient background, the body-text type, and the vector graphics became the common ground for the designs.

Katie's 21st- a day of splendour
You are young, feminine, love to dress up and you're about to turn 21. What more does an invite need than flirty pink with a touch of glamour and street-smart attitude? I hope you have the most perfect birthday, Katie!
Rock-chic for a rock chick!
Mellie is turning 30 and she's doing it in style! I looked at rock concert posters and flyers to get a suitable look for her invites, as she wanted something funky. I know she likes her music, so I created a bold, rock-styled card with her photo in the background.
Trains for Cooper
Cooper's mum wanted to make a train-cake, so she wanted a train on the invitation. She gave me a couple of photos, and as he wasn't giving his best smiles, I had to tweak it in Photoshop- the result was a cheeky little smile after all. The result is a fun and bright card and a very cheeky little man!
A gorgeous girl turns 1
Maddalyn is a beautiful girl, and I stuck to a simple, girlie creation so that the design wouldn't steal the limelight from the beautiful photo.
An old larrikin turns 90
Well done to Stewart for making it to 90- what an amazing effort! I was given a bunch of photos from his grand-daughter, and each and every single one showed a man with a great sense of fun! That's probably the secret to a long and happy life? In the end they chose the top invite, with a "classic" Stewart-moment caught on film.

Cherry and her cherry-blossoms
Cheryl was born in Japan and was named after the cherry-blossoms there. Everyone calls her Cherry. My client wanted a 60th-invite to reflect this somehow.

My first corporate job
My former employer is arranging a winery-tour for the staff, and I got to design the invitations. It was the first time I had to follow a creative brief, and I felt very nervous, but thankfully the creativity kept flowing and they approved (and loved!) the top one.
Janine's email-wedding invitation
My good friend Janine had a second wedding-celebration in London, and wanted an email-invite suitable for an upbeat, classy cocktail-event.
